The challenge
Bookings arrived from three marketplaces and a contact form, and were reconciled into a spreadsheet each evening. Guide scheduling lived in a group chat.
What they did
Moved bookings and payments first, then availability and guide assignment. The post-trip review sequence went live in month two.

“The spreadsheet was the job. Now the system is the job and we actually run tours.”

Multi-Day Tours FAQ
Do itineraries keep version history?
Yes — editable day-by-day itineraries with versions, vendors, costs and public share links.
How much commission does Tripistic take?
Online card payments (Stripe and PayPal) are coming soon and are not live yet. Until they launch, guests can still book your priced tours on your booking page, either as a request you confirm or as a booking they pay you for on the day, and you can record the bookings you take by phone, WhatsApp, or email. You collect payment the way you do today and mark bookings as paid in Tripistic. When online payments launch, your own connected Stripe or PayPal account carries no Tripistic platform commission; Tripistic fallback checkout is free for the first 50 settled bookings, then 2% per fallback booking.
