Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Trials are fully functional — connect Stripe in test mode, run a booking end to end, then switch to live keys when you are ready. No card is required to start.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a named user with a login. Guides who receive manifests without logging in do not consume a seat, so a large field team does not force a larger plan.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. Direct bookings carry 0% commission from Tripistic. You pay your Stripe processing fees and nothing to us per booking.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until the term ends.
What is included in annual billing?
Annual billing saves 20% and is charged up front. You can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge.
Who handles traveller refunds?
You do. Traveller payments flow through your own Stripe account under your own cancellation terms. Tripistic records the refund against the booking.
Do you offer a DPA and security review pack?
Yes. A DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses is incorporated automatically, and enterprise teams can request security documentation and completed vendor questionnaires.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation, then is deleted in line with our published retention schedule.
